How Do I Get To STIA Werribee?

You can access the clinic from the driveway across from Soldiers Reserve Park on Duncans Road. It is 450m walk from Werribee Train Station. Please look for the orange house across the road from Soldier Reserve at the traffic lights. There is an STIA sign on the front of the building

Where Should I Park?

There is limited on site parking at the front of the clinic. There is all day street angle parking across the road from the clinic at Soldiers Reserve Park. Please do not drive towards the back of the clinic. This space reserved for staff parking only.

Which Entrance Should I Use?

Please use the entrance at the front of the building. The front door is unlocked during the day. If you have an evening appointment and the front door is locked or you are early for your appointment, you can wait in your car or at the front and the door will be unlocked 10 minutes before your appointment. All rooms are wheelchair accessible and there is a ramp at the front door. The bathroom is also level and accessible

Where Should I Wait Once I Arrive?

We have a reception area inside the clinic, please take a seat here. Please note this is currently unattended. Your practitioner will come to get you at the time of your appointment. If your practitioner is running 5 minutes late there is a number for our main reception that you can call.
