Getting to STIA Werribee
By train and on foot
The clinic is a 450 m walk from Werribee Station. Look for the orange house across the road from Soldiers Reserve at the traffic lights on Duncans Road. There is an STIA sign on the front of the building, and you enter from the driveway opposite the park.
Parking
There is limited on site parking at the front of the clinic, and all day angle parking across the road at Soldiers Reserve. Please do not drive towards the back of the clinic, which is staff parking only.
Which entrance to use
Use the front door, which is unlocked during the day. If you have an evening appointment and the door is locked, or you are early, wait in your car or at the front: the door is unlocked 10 minutes before your appointment.
Wheelchair access
All rooms are wheelchair accessible, there is a ramp at the front door, and the bathroom is level and accessible.
When you arrive
Take a seat in the reception area inside the clinic. It is currently unattended, and your psychologist will come to get you at the time of your appointment. If they are running more than 5 minutes late, call our main reception number.

Do you bulk bill in Werribee?
No. STIA does not bulk bill, in Werribee or at any of our clinics. You pay the full consultation fee on the day. If you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, the Medicare rebate is processed after your appointment and paid back to you, and the difference between the fee and the rebate is your out of pocket cost. Our intake team will tell you both figures before you book.
How much does a psychologist cost at STIA Werribee?

Fees differ by registration type: a provisional psychologist charges less than a registered or clinical psychologist, and the Medicare rebate differs too. Do I need a referral to see a psychologist in Werribee?
