Use the entrance at the front of the building. The clinic is on level 1, up one flight of stairs.

Take a seat in the reception area inside the clinic. There is no reception team on site; your psychologist will come to get you at the time of your appointment.

What does it cost to see a psychologist in Eltham?
The consultation fee is shown on the clinician card above. With a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, Medicare pays a rebate back to you after each session; the rebate for a clinical psychologist is set by Medicare, and the gap you pay is the fee minus that rebate. Our intake team will confirm the fee and rebate before you book.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can self-refer by booking online or calling us. A GP referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan are only needed to claim the Medicare rebate; if you have one, email it to intake@stia.com.au before your first appointment.
Do you bulk bill in Eltham?
No, STIA does not bulk bill. You pay the consultation fee on the day, and if you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan the Medicare rebate is processed after your appointment and paid back to you. Your out of pocket cost is the fee minus the rebate.
