Trauma Therapy

What is Trauma therapy?

Trauma Therapy is a specialised approach designed to help individuals cope with and heal from the emotional distress triggered by traumatic events. At the Schema Therapy Institute of Australia, our skilled psychologists utilise comprehensive strategies to guide you through your healing journey.

Our approach focuses on understanding your unique experiences, processing traumatic memories, and fostering resilience and emotional well-being. Based in Essendon & Carlton, Victoria, we ensure that our services are accessible, offering both in-person consultations and telehealth sessions.
